It seems that all the discovered buried treasure or treasure chests so far are near bosses. Sigh too bad i already capped everything. guess i gotta go cap shadow form on all 6 of my chars

I found a chest that doesn't seem to have been mentioned yet. There's a Burried Treasure dead south of Beknur Harbor in Istan, all the way to the edge near the coast. It's kind of on the way to the one in the Mehtani Keys.

Just about everyone "hard" to run to can be done easily with shadow form. Just watch out for chillblains.

I got all the ones that we know about so far and the best item I got:
Iridescent Aegis of Fortitude
Req 9 command
Health +28
Received dmg -2 while enchanted inscription.

Very nice pull.

I got a Ruby, and A lower req Diamond Aegis for the stuff worth mentioning. An interesting prot offhand (Holy Vial?) A few other odds and ends weapons (all inscribable) not all bad, but most with high reqs. I did manage to salvage a +5 energy mod.

Anyone else notice if everything was inscribed? Mine all were. And the Chest in Lost city was the one that gave me a Ruby. I've a sneaky suspicion that these chest aren't completely random.. and it'd be intresting to see what kinda range of items they have on them.

Other stuff I got: Desolation Maul, Ivory Hammer, Igneous Blade, Shield of the Lion, Barral Hammer, Cauldron (rit offhand), and a wooden Boar Scepter, and a Divine staff.

I went out last night with my friend and noticed the same thing. You needed a bit more patience. There's a gap of a minute or so before the next person can claim a treasure. It did seem that when the first person opened the treasure, that both people got the gold. It was just the item that was seperate per person, and only spawned after a short delay between item drops. That said, for the four chests we tagged, all yielded two gold items... one for each of us.

i also got a rit Cauldron near the rit boss in the Graven Monolith temple...

got runes in the jahai one and on other i can't remember...

got dualwinged axe on the issnur one...

still haven't got any req 9... all of them were req 10...

This has been pretty sweet.
I did nearly a full run last night with my Paragon and got some pretty cool items.
Adamantine Falchion (Req9) inscribable (Hard to find info about this one)
Diamond Aegis - (I THINK Req 9 Tactics)
Barbed Axe - (Req 10) with a +30hp mod
a variety of hammers

NO gems though. I'm always using my ALT key, so I would have noticed.

I didn't keep a runnning total of Plat, but probably around 20k, give or take.

Around 20k, some nice req 9 steel daggers, perfect req 9 diamond aegis, and 3 rubys and 2 saphires. this was only on my ranger, so looking forward to finding them on other characters.

Just a thought, but it seems there is one in each zone. /dunno

I got a req 9 diamond aegis with an inscription -2 while in a stance.
Some other stuff can be merched, and from the noob island a crappy stance with a 15>50 mod i swiped so its alright.

It seem the istan chests drop a lot of adamnatine falchions. I bring some guildmate over there, and out of ~35 chests opened(different characters/guildies), there like ~7 adamantine falchions(req 9-13) pop out.

For the Domain of Pain chest i just died on the mob that meets you upon entry next to the portal. WHen i ran over the bridge after being rezzed at the res shrine i had my hero monks SB me LIfe sheath prot spirit and Heal Seed and Ran through the guys whilst my party got slaughtered then i ran to the chest with out any further problems.
